Getting Started with QUASR+
Welcome to QUASR+, your intelligent incident reporting and quality management platform. This guide will help you understand the basics of using QUASR+, including system requirements, user roles, and how to navigate your journey based on your role.
System Requirements
QUASR+ is a cloud-based platform designed to work on standard hospital/clinical workstations.
Modern Browser
Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari (Latest 2 versions)
Device
Desktop or Laptop recommended (1024px width or larger)
Network
Stable broadband internet connection (HTTPS)
Although QUASR+ is responsive, it can be accessed only on large devices (1024px or larger).
Understanding Your Role
QUASR+ adapts its interface based on your assigned role.
User Roles

| Facility Staff | Facility Level | Report incidents, complete basic tasks. |
| Facility QM | Facility Level | Perform QM reviews on incidents, assign action items, facility-wide dashboards & reports. |
| Facility Manager | Facility Level | Monitor incidents within the facility, facility-wide analytics. |
| Facility Administrator | Facility Level | Facility & Facility User management, system configuration. |
| Organisation Unit Manager | Organisation Unit Level | Orgnaisation unit-wide dashboard & reports. |
| Account QM | Account Level | Monitor QM reviews on incidents across the account, identify patterns, account-wde dashboards & reports. |
| Account Manager | Account Level | Monitor incidents within the account, account-wide analytics. |
| Account Administrator | Account Level | Complete Account management, account-wide User management, system configuration, master settings, subscription management. |
Transient Roles

I am an Account Admin
Start here if you are setting up a NEW organization account for your single facility or group of facilities. You will handle subscription, facility configuration, and inviting users.
I am an Invited User
Start here if you received an email invitation. Your focus is on patient care, reporting incidents, and conducting reviews or investigations.
Note: If you believe you are missing access to a specific module required for your job (e.g., you cannot see the “Admin” tab), please contact your Administrator.
